We love breaking out the long stick and targeting fish on the fly! The flats and inshore mangrove edges of the Suncoast are loaded with opportunities to target fish on the fly. Redfish, Snook, juvenile Tarpon and other species are all available year round! You do need to be able to cast 50'-80' in most cases. These fish are on high alert on the flats and can be spooky. Book any trip and just let us know you want to use fly gear.

Yes indeed! Sight fishing Tarpon during the migration is one of the most unbelievable experiences you can have as a serious angler. These fish eat a fly so well that it is my preferred way to target them. Casts here will be in the 60' to 80' range. This type of fishing can be grueling with long sections of idle time but its all worth it them that fish eats! Book your trip for the 2026 Tarpon Season!

We love to target Redfish, and Snook on the fly. The weightless presentation can create a strike when nothing else will. We use a 7wt fly rod to allow us to present a large variety of flies.
We use a mix of shrimp, crab and minnow patterns to get these fish to eat. This is a very effective way to fish for angler who have the skills to cast 40' to 60' and know how to strip set.
